Commercial – Office, Industrial, and Retail.
Residential – Multi-Family, Mixed Use and Land Development.
Senior Sector Related including medical, housing and congregate care.
Investment Characteristics:
Transaction Size
Typical equity investments of $2 million to $25 million.
Portfolios of $20 million to $75 million total capitalization.
Asset Characteristics
Straight equity purchases but will consider joint venture structures.
Repositioning opportunities through re-leasing or capital improvement.
Major re-hab or redevelopment.
Existing cash flow preferred.
